Each puppy is very special to us.  As a result, we are interested in families committed to providing a "forever home" for these AKC, quality Westies. We reserve the right to place each puppy in a home where he/she will feel loved and cared for as part of their family.



When you purchase one of our Westie puppies, you will receive AKC paperwork to register your puppy. This AKC registration will be "Limited", which means there are no breeding rights. We do not sell to breeders as we want each puppy to be your pet. You will also receive a one year genetic health guarantee (signed by both of us). Before our puppies go to their forever homes they will be seen by our vet, who will issue a signed health certificate.



After you decide on one of our puppies, a non-refundable deposit will be required. Puppies will be ready for their forever homes at eight weeks. Your balance must be paid before the puppy leaves our home.  



Basics for Puppy Purchasing:

• Breeder should be willing to show you where the puppy has been raised. Area should be clean and neat. It is preferred that puppies be in the home rather than in outdoor kennels.

• Puppies should appear happy and healthy; you should be allowed to meet at least the mom.

• Avoid puppy mills; the breeder should only breed one or two types of dogs. Avoid buying a puppy from someone that you don't know either personally or by reputation.

• A written contract and health guarantee are a must.
